Four ways to get email into the content repository
SAVE & SHARE (client plugins)
Save & Share is a plugin for Gmail and Outlook that provides a simple user interface allowing you to easily store a specific email and its attachments right into your chosen cloud storage service. It stores the email in its original raw format, it converts the email to a smart OCR'ed PDF, along with each individual attachment.
EMAIL SYNC
Our email sync tool allows you to target a specific email account, folder, or in the case of Gmail, an email label (along with some more advanced features). The service runs continuously, pulling all relevant emails into the cloud, converting them to PDF, and storing their attachments. See Email Sync Auto-Filing
PST RETRIEVER
PST files are the bane of any IT professional's existence. They are large and tough to store, and their data easily corrupted. They are also difficult to access, requiring an Outlook installation on the machine you want to access them from. PST Retriever will unpack those PST files into your cloud storage service, converting a copy to PDF so it can be effectively viewed and shared, rather than collecting proverbial dust.
CLOUD ARCHIVE (server integration)
Our last archiving tool is Cloud Archive which will effectively convert your cloud storage account into an email archive. We provide one or more "magic email addresses" that map to a specific cloud storage location (and then dynamically create folders from there to keep things organized). From there there's a number of ways to ensure that entire email accounts or entire domains are fully archived.
